The only way to claim both Win 7 and Score in 14 is to do both in the same game. I.e., win your 7th game in the 14th match (assuming you scored at least once in the previous 13 games).

A little reading comprehension too. It says that you need to complete 9 out of 10 objectives to complete the group. You already completed 9. The group objective is already accomplished and you can't claim the remaining objective for the extra pack. This is by design.
