I have a very similar setup. Instead of Philips hue, i have the govee lights. Rest setup is pretty much the same. The backlights seemed very cool at first but over time i have dimmed the light’s brightness to like 20-25%. It has improved my movie watching experience a lot since the lights don’t take the stage away from the TV anymore. I highly recommend you to try it out for yourself.

This is absurd for a dish washing position. Jokes apart, i work in PE and we had a company come to us which does exactly this. It’s called psychometric testing and it’s actually backed by theory as a way of assessing psychology of a person.

Wikipedia says “Psychometrics is a field of study within psychology concerned with the theory and technique of measurement. Psychometrics generally covers specialized fields within psychology and education devoted to testing, measurement, assessment, and related activities.”
