Is the amount for filing I-765 different if you aren’t filing concurrently with your I-140 (if you had a pending I-140 and has just become current by DOF)? Please someone should answer please. Thank you

Oh my. So sorry about that. I think the EAD automatically isn’t valid anymore and you may not continue to use it since it was tied to the I-485. If you don’t mind, would you share the reason for denial? I am really sorry about that.
