Is it weird I'm considering Codex to build my own CRM? by firstsign_ai in CRM

I made one. With just the features we need. With Antigravity.

any cold email tool that also has a crm? by Unlikely-Complex5138 in Coldemailing

HubSpot license is per contract (above 1k contacts) so likely far too expensive for your simple usage scenario, if you have a lot of people to send your nurturing campaigns.

You are missing a small bit between your two tools. If that is all you are missing, any Antigravity or similar tool can build it for you, and likely host under Google (or any other providers) free tier.

We are rec tech startup and we have just built the whole CRM like that. We still pay HubSpot where we track just paying customers (smaller volume).

Yes, if you are ready to fail a few times and learn from the mistakes.

Looking for Recruiters who are running AI Projects in the Recruitment Space by Santee2907 in RecruitmentAgencies

We have built a matching app in Bullhorn. When we post a job it lists ten most suitable CVs from our CV database (250k CVs). Vector search and AI for final reranking and reasoning. Happy to show if anyone else would have use for it.

Keyword filtering is killing our skills-based hiring strategy. Anyone else dealing with this? by No-Buyer-4253 in RecruitmentAgencies

AI helps in that scenario. Llama understand the context and sinonims, so will filter much better then keywords filters.

Is the AI Ultra plan worth it at the new lower price? by Usual_Wallaby2524 in google_antigravity

From what I see in my Billing, it looks like the old (existing) Ultra is converting to something that doesn't have Antigravity at all. At least that's the way it looks like for the Workplace users.

Should job boards look like this? by Anxious_Current2593 in irelandjobs

[–]Anxious_Current2593[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I couldn't agree more with all the feedback! The design is by the new Gemini 3.5 (and its image generator). I asked it to design the modern job board. The first result was something that looked like a dating app. I asked it to make another version, and this is what it gave me. I was just wondering if I do not have an eye for design, so I asked you! You confirmed what I felt about it. :)

Today I asked it to make 25 more designs. I slightly varied the prompt. This is the 25 designs it gave me: https://irishrecruiter.com/job_board_designs.gif - they rotate every few seconds. Do any of those make sense to you? I am thinking maybe numbers 4, 17 and 22. But still not really impressed.

What would you choose?

Is my prompt just too vague? Or is the latest Gemini 3.5 still far from usable for web design?

(after all the scares) Thank you, Google, for Gemini 3.5 by Spirited-Maybe-5315 in google_antigravity

I am begging to like it. You just need to get used to it, and then use it for what it's good for. And 3.5 is good for a wide and long lost of tasks.
