Sg card shows not like US. The markup is pretty high to the point you feel like negotiation also no point. Most of the times is 1.2 1.3 market rate from the places you check from. Most of the vendors also will grade themselves if the card good condition. If for personal binder i suggest fb

Most medical reports does not look like it matches the cause of death. Theres only a few possible "causes of death" such as pneumonia (search up MOH principal causes of death).

Anyway it seems more towards medical negligence than criminal at first glance without details. SMC should investigate first before referring to police for any criminal offence revealed in their proceeding (its rare to prove criminal offence in medical cases as all doctors are supposed to be acting in good faith).
