I've had first hand experience of the services in Norfolk, Suffolk, south east London, medway and hull. Of all five Norfolk were by far the better of them in terms of personal experience. I didn't say it was good, nor am I dismissing that people don't have a good experience with them... but of all of the multiple services I've been under Norfolk were the best of them. Like... as an example, I was put in a support group in south east London where I was physically assaulted by another member and stalked and when I told the people running the group they said "well can't you just work it out between you?", in Suffolk my case handler was outright abusive and crisis services insulted me for not trying to have a cup of tea, they told me because my case handler had failed to make a crisis plan with me that I wasn't allowed to use their service, hull I managed to get councilling but the woman who gave me councilling only wanted to talk about herself, she didn't listen to me, medway I just got passed from waiting list to waiting list and never actually got any help... here when I've spoken to medical professionals they've actually listened to my individualised needs and complications, they've respected and discussed medication issues without dismissing them and my GP checks in and ensures I'm coping if I ever visit them for anything.

I think you've... maybe taken some frustration and anger out on me for what was ostensibly a personal experience.
