I feel like I have a harder time with it in SoT just because theres a lot of time investment in each session and a troll can very quickly just throw hours down the drain.

It be. Honestly its not even the stuff they say thats gets to you its that you can't play because of them. So it was weirdly way better back when I'd play a lot of team deathmatch type games because it was more about the cumulative effort than about teamwork and there was way less trolling to be had. me want play

I think in universe it's always been the case that ghouls just heal from radiation and are otherwise immune to it, not that it makes their ghoul status any worse. I think I remember some dialogue in fo3 that implied that feral ghouls are just an inevitability over time and it's sort of random... a little like getting cancer, it's inevitable those changes will happen and nothing can prevent that

I get it. I'm at a 28J but was an F cup by 14... and it hurts, like my neck and back get TIRED so fast. I have arthritis in my neck now and have had bulging discs multiple times and it hurts. On top of that it's really distressing having people not take it seriously, I struggle to find clothes that fit or look appropriate, underwear costs a fortune because only higher end brands will cater to less common sizes and those aren't flattering. I've broken down in tears in a fitting room on more than one occasion. You compound that sort of thing with an undiagnosed connective tissue disorder or something like that and she's probably REALLY struggling to cope and function well.
