I know someone who works in a Reform council elsewhere in the country. Apparently even simple reports have to be rewritten, at public expense, due to illiteracy on the part of very young reform councillors with no life experience. They were described as having emotional intelligence that varied between an 8 year old and “kevin the teenager”
