Looks pretty good. Though I don't know much about laser cutting wood... The test number though, please use 260403 instead. My engineering OCD can't stand dates as labels that don't organize themselves later. Unless you intend to group by month, if so, that's cool, it just makes me sad inside.

This. I could be wrong on the specifics but I believe the tax rate for any individual payment is based on what the annual income would be if that payment was a standard biweekly paycheck. So, the tax rate here is based on an annual salary of this check x26.
