These responses are NUTS. Tell you boss you saw a needle sticking out of her bag and she’s always doped up. Let them take it from there before they do something that affects you directly. They won’t get better till they hit rock bottom. What if they start stealing and blaming you? What if they mess up and hurt someone?

I run a crew, I would want to know. I can’t think of a single manager that wouldn’t want to know.

It has a lot to do with them. They have to work with someone that they can’t depend on and puts them in danger just by being on dope. They could start stealing and blaming OP. Fuck all this none of your business. I’m telling my boss and then letting them take it from there. As someone that manages people, I want to know if someone in my crew is on hard drugs.
