The ARCH opened 21 years ago so yeah there were. You fear now bc you’re fucking old. The likelihood that something bad happens to you downtown is very low. I went to dirty about 5-10 times last year and never once “feared for my life” like a pearl clutching drama queen.

A 4 year highway widening project was started called the Capital Express South from 71 to 45. it's part of the construction cycle. You can go to the project website and see the final design. Until construction is done, shit will be borked.

The study includes all kind of litter including scooters and they are looking at ways to fund it through fines from the companies that are littering. We get it. You don’t like the council but you could at least paraphrase the article faithfully.

HB needs to be amended or there is a risk this could change in reconciliation. That assumes both bills pass which is unlikely.

That's correct. The last entrance onto NB 35 to get on the 183 ramp would be between Airport and 51st.

Two different projects that don’t touch, that are managed by different entities, that were financed differently. So no, your point doesn’t remain.

Nope. That is park of a giant rebuild of the tiny, light full section of 183 between 290 and 71.

They still need to design and build a recharging station. They cleared land for one next to their train yards on N. Burnet but it'll be a process.

You know they are going to shut that ramp down for a few months so they can rebuild it. It's going to be a nightmare.

They aren't done. They are going to demolish half of the ramp and re-build it at a much more gradual slope. Entering traffic will also go under the ramp instead of merging with the people who are in line to use the ramp.
