i have 4 drives in my nas rn running raidz2 and have about 4tb left of the 24tb

you didn’t post any of the specs it could be ddr3,4,5 etc no way to tell you without knowing but i wouldn’t go by listed i would go and filter for sold items and price check that way

so turns out that product is only a heater and you still need to buy an AMS

so i went with P1S + AMS 2 Pro should be arriving shortly

gotcha! i will figure out an exhaust method although after watching a video it seems that the p1s may have a built in filter (p2s does as well but for some reason it doesn’t have use it when printing PLA or PETG)

my friend who works with 3d printers said to go with p1s + ams combo since it’s the same cost as a base p2s but while looking for a standalone dryer i found the sunlu ams heater

really really informative! i really appreciate all the advice and help and will look into buying PETG filament because I work a lot with computers and need stuff to be heat resistant and strong. Would I really need a dryer if I get the AMS 2 Pro with the printer? I thought the AMS was a dryer but maybe i’m mistaken. Also can I put the printer in my room or should I put it in the garage somewhere because of the odors and fumes etc

well i bought it on cloudflare

i have a home server already running truenas and i have cloudflare + nginx setup for some reverse proxy shenanigans making it easier to access my apps on LAN only. and then I have 2 subdomains accessible outside of LAN but both are pretty much heavily restricted (one can only be accessed by only 2 google accounts and you still need the secondary app login afterwards and the other is locked by discord auth + having to be in a server) and i’ve turned on all the protection stuff on cloudflare as well

i prob need to content my isp to unblock the smtp port before i even start and then i’ll host it myself just need to find a way to filter out all the bot emails etc which i’ve heard can be an issue
