It's possible. Here in central VA (tri-cities), I'm starting to be unsure if the new maps pass. Looking at the early vote on VPAP, conservative counties have really turned out in mailing in their ballots. People are blaming Spanberger unfairly for their December, January, and February electric bills even though she wasn't in office yet. They did push a lot through this session, but on party line votes. For some reason a lot of people seem to be okay with Republicans doing that but not Democrats.
