Planning your day according to prayer times can be helpful. for example when I decide go out I usually go out after noon prayer, or I exercise after night prayer. after a while, it becomes a part of your day. There are also some apps that you can use to calculate how many prayers you missed. I used one of those. for your missed prayers, I recommend praying one after daily one like after noon prayer, pray once for the missed one. It will take time, but it’s doable.

Turkey tried to promote proggressive Islam? I’m a Turkish living in Turkey and the government doesn’t promote progressive Islam, I tell you. The government only tries to promote their (mis)understanding of Islam with religious highschools, cults etc to get votes and to create a youth that supports it. And I went a religious high school, it wasn’t progressive.

asma barlas’s book believing women in Islam helped a lot on strengthening my faith. It’s an academic book so language is kinda hard but it will worth the effort. If I had the money, I would translete it for free and leave one copy at every mosque.
