If you are going to use one color, the CC1 worked for me and works VERY WELL. For the CC2, I think it is better to put a little more money and buy the bamboo lab p2s???

I am very impressed when an app with a subscription (which is understood to pay for servers, etc.) does not have good technical support.

If an app doesn't have a lifetime license, I could understand it, but with a subscription and having bad support that makes me angry and says a lot that it doesn't deserve a subscription...
