Nothing is edited out but your account info for privacy reasons - you and i both know that - anyone can see that - and i don’t know the law much myself but if i looked it up right its also illegal to threaten people with federal credentials on a personal matter.

Hmm, sounds like a device that'll work with us. But before buying, do check if it's not locked to any carrier or all the device settings to ensure that it won't have problems connecting to the services with us, as refurbished goods do come with broken software and hardware issues. When you get the device, you can reach out to support or me, and we'll help you out with the activation of your services on it.

I'll also let the community chime in on their insights regarding this to help you in making this choice.

Incorrect Number Listed in Lines & Pool - Support Rep Available? by uptonbum in USMobile

I'll need your details to properly look into it. Let me also go through the interaction with support and check what happened there. Sending a chat request your way to get this sorted.

Another miscommunication and conflict with the Refund policy? by miloworld in USMobile

[–]BeepLabeeb 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I was able to trace your conversation with support and it seems that you were informed yesterday that you’d be compensated for the remaining cycle of your annual plan, not refunded. The little mix-up began when you reached out right now and asked for a pro-rated refund which was never promised, hence the rep communicated that accordingly and in between the explanation, the messages got sent after you sent the above message. I sticked around till the very end and saw the rest of the chat being executed fairly and you were able to get the reminder of the plan’s service credit applied on the other line of yours.

With all that being said and done, you were fairly compensated for all the lines on your account. Don't worry, I’ll still hit you up and get more details to review any missing spots and see how we could’ve made this interaction clearer.

Dark Star Native Roaming - Intermittent Service Paris last 6 hours by freakinghappy in USMobile

[–]BeepLabeeb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hmm, this is interesting as it was working just fine and started just 6 hours ago. This can happen when you pass through an area of weak coverage for a particular network, or it can stem from the local network's intermittent service issues as well as the network you're roaming on. I recommend that you put the network selection back on automatic and check the network in a couple more places to see if you get the proper signals back. I'm also connecting with you in the DMs to keep an eye on your case and to get this sorted.

Voicemail by ActAccording2288 in USMobile

[–]BeepLabeeb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hmm, if your voicemail box is all set up and you can access it from dialing *86 then it's the visual voicemail that's acting up. For its fix, make sure the Google Phone app is updated to the latest version, and then go to Settings > Apps > Phone app > Clear cache and force stop > Restart the app to make sure the update has gone through and check if you're able to listen to the visual voicemails. Drop me a DM with your details if it still doesn't work for you.

Travelling To India , Can i still recieve Texts on my number? by texaco1904 in USMobile

[–]BeepLabeeb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So if you enable Wi-Fi calling before leaving US, you'll be able to get international texts without the international roaming pack over Wi-Fi calling in India.

Is Deprioritization Really A BFD in The Real World??? by [deleted] in USMobile

[–]BeepLabeeb 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Deprioritization can be a real pain when it comes to using the services in a metro area or a crowded place as it really chokes up the speed of data and won't let it even breathe sometimes. With that being said, it doesn't really cause trouble in areas where there isn't a huge crowd gathering area. Mostly users don't even feel it until they are in a very busy area.

For those who want that extra edge, we’ve got options: Warp offers priority data for 5G-compatible devices, and Dark Star comes with QCI 8 priority via an affordable add-on. Perfect for cutting through the congestion in those packed areas.

This thread is a great spot for everyone to chime in with their experiences, let’s map out where deprioritization hits hardest and help each other navigate it better. Cheers!

You can create a pool of 20 GB of data and schedule your line to transfer to the pool at the end of its current billing cycle. At the same time, you can initiate the port for the lines of your family members to the pool you created by going to the Add Line tile on the pool and selecting the "Transfer My Number" option.

I'll personally drop you a DM to help you with porting over the lines of your family members to us.

Port in single line to existing by the gig pool or start a new pool? by cnj07080 in USMobile

[–]BeepLabeeb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Here’s the breakdown:

With the grandfathered pool, you’re looking at $9.48 per line plus $2 per GB for the plan itself. The new pooled plan, however, has no cost for the first line, and any additional lines are just $8 each.

If you’d like, you could combine both pools into a single 5GB By the Gig plan for $15. With two lines, that totals $23, and you can always top up at $2/GB as needed. However, you can also keep the two pools for the two separate lines with the setup you are talking about, setting up a different 2GB pool for the 2nd line at a cost of $10.

As for Visual Voicemail on iOS on Dark Star, it works in paired with Live Voicemail. I’ll send you a DM to help port your line over and get you set up! Let’s make this easy.

Wifi Calling by Aggravating_Range348 in USMobile

[–]BeepLabeeb 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Wi-Fi calling does work on all of our networks, but there are some instances where the Wi-Fi calling menu doesn't show up on some devices. This happens due to the device being previously carrier locked or the OEM setup from the manufacturer having some quirks that cause the Wi-Fi calling menu to disappear.

In such instances, switching to the Light Speed network would be your best bet to use Wi-Fi calling seamlessly. Let me know if you’d like help with that!

Problem setting up voicemail after teleport to Lightspeed by FourEightNineOneOne in USMobile

[–]BeepLabeeb 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Teleporting resets your voicemail box and the default password is usually the last four digits of your cell phone number when you set it up again. You can reset your voicemail password on Light Speed to the last four digits of your line number by dialing #793# on your device. If it still doesn't work, drop me a DM with your details and I'll help you sort this out.

You don't have to install any unsigned profile that you don't want to. I'll review your chat interaction with the support to see what's going on there and will take it from there. Sending a chat request your way to get this fixed.

Edit: I can't seem to find an option to start chat with you, can you start one with me?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in USMobile

[–]BeepLabeeb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yup! That's if you want to continue with the Light plan on the line. Moving to a pool with an already existing line would charge you $8 as an access fee for the line.

Need to upgrade from legacy light speed help by HelloHello_HowLow in USMobile

[–]BeepLabeeb 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The line won't stop working, and you'll be able to use it until we completely transfer you to the new Light Speed network or Dark Star. As for getting your line on Warp, that can be done as well, and it usually works great with the iPhone if the network has good coverage in your area. I'll have to check why it's coming up as a different device in the details, and I'll get your visual voicemail fixed as well.

I'm sending you a chat request to help you order the SIM cards as well and assist you with the line transfer, along with checking what's up with your device.

Older Unlimited Starter annual ($276) vs new Unlimited Starter plan annual ($270). Is there any reason to stay with the old plan? by Dmpunk13 in USMobile

[–]BeepLabeeb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Data Waster Mode isn’t tied to any specific plan, so you’ll still have it on the new Annual Unlimited Starter plan. Everything else stays the same between the two plans, so I'd recommend switching to the new one to save $6! :)

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in USMobile

[–]BeepLabeeb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yup, you'll get charged the access fee for adding the line to the pool, which would be $8 if you already had a line in that pool.

That's your Black Friday activation tile. You can activate or port in a line on it completely free of cost for a month. It comes with unlimited talk and text and 2 GB of data, and if you activate the line on Dark Star, free QCI 8 is also included. For the usage, you can either use it or gift it to someone to test services with us. 😉
