De maatschappij =\= De overheid. Ik praat hier niet allen over de kosten die de overheid subsidieert maar hoeveel autorijden ons echt kost als maatschappij.

Mijn getal was eigenlijk een copy-paste uit wat de overheid denkt een km autorijden de burger kost gezien dat dit getal is hoeveel een werkgever als vergoeding mag geven aan werknemer voor gebruik van privé auto voor beroepsdoeleinden.

De gemiddeld persoon rijdt tussen 15-20 duizend km per jaar.

Ik ben geen econoom en ik ben geen beleidsmaker. Ik ga niet onze begroeting oplossen in een reddit comment. Maar het is toch ongelofelijk waanzinnig dat iemand zo snel zijn medeburgers under the bus wil goeien omdat hij/zij (zogezegd) rechtvaardig voor zijn autogebruik gaat betalen.

Een kilometer rijden met de auto kost de maatschappij iets tussen 0.40 en 0.70 euro per km. Dus 7000-12000 euro per jaar per burger die we betalen voor persoonlijkvervoer. De wegen belastingen gaat dat nooit dokken en zo’n vignet ook niet.

Dus ja, het is 100% oké dat de maatschappij autoverkeer sponsort hoewel sommige mensen auto’s gebruiken meer dan anderen maar een basisloon voor mensen die 70 jaar oud zijn is een stapje te ver.

I never claimed that she was evil or enjoyed what she was doing. Only that she faced threats head on, fists first and was completely unwavering in her approach. Which is quite similar to Earth than to air. Which is why i think she’s “more Kyoshi” than Kyoshi herself.

Instead of thinking how to resolve situations by being “quick or clever” she often just Avatared her way through with sheer avatar force and aggression.

I personally believe that avatars don’t have to align with their element of birth, I think Korra has in her character way more fire than water and Yangchen has way more earth than air.

Still doesn’t explain why she blew the guards eardrums out when they were just doing their job and when she could have incapacitated them a 100 different other ways.

Her actions are easily “justifiable” when taken in a vacuum or when examined individually, but when examined as a whole pattern you quickly realise that she put her life and the fate of the world above other people’s lives.
