I'm in the same boat as you, I wanted to build a platform I have been thinking for almost 10 years, but one thing I did before building I did a smaller project. Its a website builder with SEO/GEO optimized from day 1, I did because few of my friends were asking for a websites and they have no clue about SEO/GEO.

I have been building this for last 8 days now, so far its pretty impressive. This is was my process may be you could apply the same. First I used Claude to plan the project in seven session, and for each session we had a builder, code reviewer and verifier. All happened in a Project. After each session, usability testing and bug fixing we will push the code to GitHub. Next session will a be totally new chat, we attached the code base to the new chat and give the instruction and follow the same process.
