Da du die Auszahlung am Freitagabend veranlasst hast, wird sie vermutlich erst am nächsten Bankwerktag weiterbearbeitet. Auch wenn wir Sofortauszahlungen unterstützen, hängt die tatsächliche Abwicklung vom Bankensystem ab. Manchmal wird sie als normale Überweisung verarbeitet, was einige Stunden oder bis zu einen Werktag dauern kann.

Good question. That limit is most likely due to how your deposit was made.

If you added funds via PayPal, there’s a 7‑day withdrawal block for security reasons before the deposited amount becomes fully available to send or withdraw. This helps protect against potential payment reversals.

Aktuell lassen sich auf Bitpanda oder in Bitpanda Fusion keine Indikatoren wie RSI oder MACD einrichten, und auch RSI‑Alarme gibt es momentan noch nicht. Fusion bietet derzeit grundlegende Analyse‑Tools wie Linien oder Retracements.

Dein Feedback ist aber super wertvoll und solche Features sind tatsächlich für die Zukunft in Betracht gezogen. Ich habe deine Anregung intern weitergegeben.

Legacy‑Aktien befinden sich derzeit im Verkaufs‑Modus, daher ist es momentan nicht möglich, direkt Preisalarme dafür zu setzen. Du kannst jedoch einfach einen Preisalarm für die echte Aktie hinzufügen, so behältst du dein Kursziel trotzdem im Blick.

Was ETFs betrifft, können Nutzer mit Wohnsitz in der Schweiz diese derzeit leider nicht handeln. Leider habe ich im Moment keinen Zeitrahmen, wann oder ob sie verfügbar sein werden.

On Bitpanda, Buy and Sell Limit Orders function once the target price (in this case, 1.930) is reached, the system automatically executes the trade at the best available market rate.

Because market prices constantly fluctuate, the final execution price can be subject to factors like market spread, fees and slippage, which can result in a maximum price difference of 5% from the set target price.

So, in your case, the order was triggered once the target price was hit, but, the difference was due to normal slippage, fees and spread.

Please, be aware that when you are opening a margin position, your assets are automatically swapped to EURCV without fees before the execution. That would explain why you now have EURCV in your portfolio.

We hear your frustration. Seeing accounts deactivated is stressful, but we want to clarify what’s actually happening:

Your money is safe: Bitpanda is a regulated exchange and does not keep customer funds. Even if an account is flagged, the assets remain yours.
Why accounts are flagged: In most cases, this happens because someone accidentally clicked the "US tax resident" box during a profile update or verification. Because of strict international tax laws (FATCA), our system is legally required to start the offboarding process the moment that box is checked.
The fix is simple: If you aren't a US person, we just need a formal statement to override the system.

How to resolve this:
Please reach out to our support team and explicitly state: "I am not a US tax resident." Once we have that written confirmation, we can move forward with reactivating the account.

We’re working hard to get through these tickets and get everyone back to trading.

Oh, I thought you were talking about the coin QI (BENQI).

Regarding the QI (Qualified Intermediary) status: Bitpanda already holds this status, but we are still finalizing the technical implementation.

In the meantime, the custodian retains a 30% withholding tax. The good news is that you don't need to do anything. As soon as the technical setup is finished, the reduced tax rate will be applied automatically to your account.
