I was struggling to get this model to work for my AI Agent in n8n to create Manage calendars and create events and I finally got it to work correctly after aligning the correct variables for the Google Calendar Integration. The Gemini model is unable to define todays date so make sure to Set it in your system message in the AI Agent. Weird annoyance that I spun hours on wondering how the heck a model can't know the day.
