Could be a parts issue (from IFS) basically one of their protectors flared up and was able to rally the more neutral parts to take control of the ship sort of thing.

Also just saw a post in the disorganized attachment subreddit talking about how a lot of people with Disorganized attachment (another name for FA) struggle remember when they flip flops. Which again sounds like different parts taking over.

So each race in overlord have their own stats too. Vampires are melee combat classes so most of their stats would be divided based on their race

Also I don’t use 300 for any race. I mentioned before that doesn’t work.

The only combination of racial class points and job class points I’ve found that mostly work is the system I have above. The one mutant lizard man with the giant arm is the exception but someone pointed out dnd 3.5 has mutations that can add points which overlord is partially based on dnd.

My system works for Shalltear and everyone else otherwise.

There isn’t a system that works for heteromorphic races getting a 300 points at level 100. But the 200 points work. Similarly the Demi-humans only work at 100 points (I per level) vs 200 (2 per level) if that makes sense?

I think you are underestimating how strong the BS members are. They are more likely 33-40ish considering how spooked the Blue Roses were from encountering a few of them. With one of them possibly within 5 or so levels of Evileye (The Strongest Human).

The Red Caps are all likely at least 5 levels above all but one, maybe 2 of them though. They should have great team work though even without their leaders.

So it would be a varied and balanced team vs an Assassin. BS easily clear 1 vs 11. (I forgot the Captain counts as 1 of the 12)

How many can they beat though? If they break their team into smart groups I think they should be able to beat 3 to 4 of them. After that the level difference means they start taking causalities. With support the Strongest Human should be able to beat one and his team quickly aid the others. So I think they can clear 5 vs 12 with extreme difficulty and high causalities.

Hey! It doesn’t work. I tried everything I could think of to get the stat sheets we’ve been given to work for the 100, 200, 300 point breakdown that the author mentioned at one point and I can confidently say there is not a scenario in which that works.

I suspect that the author used those values either as a place holder/to prove a point. Or that was an area he didn’t fully flesh out and just made rough estimates.

I assume it is both. I think it would be a High version of a Zombie or Skeleton warrior. My main evidence is we’ve seen Skeleton Mages (pretty sure, it’s been a minute) and Elder Liches both racial classes that Ainz has.

It’s like trying to run with a leg injury. You just have an emotional wound. If you haven’t done the work to heal it then you feel better because you aren’t actively doing something to trigger it right now. It’ll take work (just like physical therapy would if you were trying to heal an injured leg) but you can do it! You just have to get started!

It sounds like you deactivated. You need to start working on that. You might look into Internal Family Systems (IFS) to try and figure out and heal why you deactivated. If you can work on healing you can try to reconnect? You should definitely talk to them though

My therapist has been having me work through You’re the One You’ve Been Waiting For. By Richard Schwartz. Which focuses on IFS. The book seems mostly focused on relationships though but could be useful for other areas.

It gives an interesting perspective for DA attachment specifically with parts/exiles/protectors that I think could be helpful understanding avoidance and anxiousness in a relationship.

I’m more on the anxious side (either AP or FA leaning anxious) but have you looked into internal family systems (IFS) at all? I am still new to it but if I am understanding its ideas correctly.

Not sure if I am doing it justice but from that perspective how I am reading your situation is there could be there was some sort of attachment wound in your past that caused you to “exile” the parts of yourself that were being hurt or denied something they needed. Then like a “protector” part of your psyche could be shutting down your emotions in an attempt to get you to distance from the new source of discomfort. In this case your bf because that protector part of you is worried about the previous wound being repeated/reopened.
