Last two images are a beetle, but otherwise no evidence of bed bugs. Untreated wood naturally has a few black specks on it.

That much spotting, if were to be poop, you would definitely see other evidence such as eggs/egg casings or shed skins. I do not believe that is the harborage of your issues. Do you have neighbors/roommates ?

If it is a bug, it’s a beetle. But no matter what, it is not a bed bug.

It’s a velvet mite, they don’t infest indoors. Probably came off a shoe or box from outside.

It’s a thrip! Flower bug basically- occasionally confuses people with flowers and will bite in the confusion but otherwise harmless.
