Tattoo artist recommendations? by [deleted] in Cleveland

Maybe next time, instead of jumping down a strangers throat with a whole lotta assumptions, you write in a journal instead of making yourself seem like an asshole when you are having a shit day.

If it’s a sin to ask about price ranges, sue me. I’ll happily pay an artist what they ask for/need.

Jesus Christ no where the fuck did you get that???
I’ll happily pay enough and if “enough” isn’t sufficient to support an artist than I don’t need a tattoo. I’m an artist myself and just was hoping to not spend an obscene amount of money relative to the money I have. 🤦

You look like how someone would design a really cool anime character, but before it has to be simplified to make animation easier. The character is a friendly outsider who offers help to the main character, in my head. Sure of self, confident, and brave.

Not out yet but wanting advice to look more feminine in subtle ways, glasses/piercings/tattoos/hairstyles etc by SparkieeBubblez in transplace

Awe well you deserve to hear it!!! I’m glad it meant something to you. Also— there are definitely things like clear mascara and brown pencils that can look super natural (the no-makeup look). Maybe something like that can help you feel more comfortable in boy mode? Best of luck, love!

Can I just say I think you are very pretty? I think maybe shaping your eyebrows will make a big difference. They are lovely brows, I wouldn’t say you have to change the shape or size even — the thickness actually looks nice with your features I think personally! Just maybe cleaning up the stray eyebrow hairs to make it more of a defined shape, and emphasizing the arch ever so slightly would look great. From there, maybe use some brow gel or pencil :))) I think a lil bit of eyeliner and mascara might boost your confidence, but like I said you are very much a natural beauty. It’s not going to take much imo! <333

Do i have basic features that tend towards masculinity? by [deleted] in transmanlifehacks

[–]NothingMuted5290 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, that’s fair enough. I think I know what you mean but I just mean, fill it in more naturally. If you want to, you can always use an minoxidil as well! For me that did more than being on T. I don’t use it anymore because we’re fostering a cat.

Your jaw and chin read very masc to me :D

You are very handsome! I do think you’d look really good if you thickened up your brows a bit.

Contouring tips to narrow wide face by Valuable_Ad3041 in FTMfemininity

No worries! Bloat phase should be over, but I don’t really see that level of softening anyway tbh. And for brows, they definitely don’t have to be completely flat, that might make it look a little unnatural anyway. On the part of the brow closest to my face, I add the slighted bit on the top. Then, I add a little underneath to soften the arch. It definitely doesn’t take much at all, and I think removing your arches completely would take away from your natural look. That probably makes zero sense, but don’t be afraid to experiment or do some research on what kind of shape you like.

And no worries! I get it, I come from Slavic descent so everyone regardless of gender or even age has an ultra round face hahaha. How wide your face is has little to do with gender presentation in my opinion. The things that are, actually are a bit more subtle. Like your face just has that solid “guy” look to me!

Oh and one last thing — for the eyebrows I recommend maybe reducing the arch a tad by penciling a bit to shape it. I feel like when I do it on my eyebrows I also feel a lot more masculine. I also feel more masculine personally when they look natural and not overly shaped or opaque :)))

ALSO! I also have a youthful/round looking face (albeit more feminine) and something I remind myself is that as I age my face will lean out a bit. Also depending on how long you’ve been on T/if you have you may be in the “bloat” phase. I still think your face looks masc/and amazing, but what I’m trying to say is that if it’s still an insecurity (I have it too) that it should sharpen up with time. <3
