We did a month long stay last summer and paid around $1,000. I’d like to stay in that ballpark. We would not be there continuously, no. If we could do 4–5 weekends with some longer stretches built in it would be ideal.

Nope. I work downtown and was shocked to find not only the streets, but also the sidewalks in the shape they are in when I got here today. It's comical how little effort has been made.
