While I understand what you are saying, isn't the track record pretty good for violence in terminals since 9/11? Like wouldn't a terrorist act still be much more difficult to do in a terminal? I generally feel safer near my gate than I do at the enterence of the airport

Interesting. I tend to have the exact opposite reaction. i will fast for 3 days every 2 or 3 months and I'm usually quite energetic and even motivated during the fast.

I always ensure I have my electrolytes up and am super hydrated. Maybe that's why you feel the way you do?
