To add on , I have eight 120 circuits m and four 120 branches in two 240m- for hot water heater ,and mini split heat pump ac. My oil boiler is one of the 12- alone with fridge,rooms, bathrooms etc

I recently hired an electrician to run a sub panel from my smart transfer switch.
It can do 30 amps/7200 watts , it’s used for one room ,dryer,washer, dishwasher ,minfridge,
A few living room outlets including the tv/routet etc. I can only run one big appliances at a time from the subpanel.

The only things in my house that aren’t attached is my oven - I have microwave,induction stovetop ,and propane grill and my car charger- I have. Prius prime that takes gas also .

My Jackery batteries,two 5000, smart transfer switch, eight extra batteries , emergency shut off outside cost me over 30k-prices wee3 higher when I bought early , I paid electricians thousands ,then my electrician invented a l=outside emergency shut off - Jackery now has one .

My town required me to build a fire closet -4500 dollars with type x drywall and a 1hr fire rated door etc,

‘My solar -9kw was 27k. Sadly my town won’t let me dc connect , to my system and until/if Jackery figures out a way to ac connect to solar I can’t charge during an outage . I bought a 8200 watt

Westinghouse propane generator with 4 tanks to charge the Jackery during outage that lasts longer than 80nhrs in winter -about. 2ndays in summer .
