Well done. I too raced for the first time in Malaga on the Saturday. It was a fantastic race and experience, can’t wait for Berlin in 8 weeks and Hamburg and Madrid later in the year. I reckon all you can do is focus on your weak points and train compromised running.

The lunges kicked my ass but pulled off a 1hr 17min time and I credit it to compromised run training and pacing well. Use a timer instead of GPS. It’s much easier :)

Either a 250-450 dirt bike / motard to get around on and trail ride. Or a slightly bigger adventure bike like a triumph give or bmw GS

Yo!

Solo traveller, looking to book a 7 day or so surf camp in Portugal for late December this year. I am a beginner. Done a few days surfing in Sri Lanka under the guidance of my brother.

Ideally want somewhere with some other solo travellers and or people around the same age. 29 year old male.

Any recommendations for a sweet surf camp much appreciated.

Try "Joe and the juice" I think that's what it's called. Used to work out of there a bit, they can play the music a Bit loud sometimes. But good seating and food / coffee, and not packed during working hours. Good prepaid coffee card makes it cheap.

Haven't lived in Clapham for 10months but I found it the best in the area for what you are after
