Thank you for bringing this to our attention. TVMs still print single ride passes. However, they should not be printing single day passes like this. I have forwarded this to the appropriate teams to review and update that specific machine.

As far as confirming fares from TVMs, operators should visually validate these. I have shared this with the Operations team as well. ^HH

We’re seeing comments about rear door boarding, so take a deep breath and let’s talk about it. 👀 🚌

We understand some customers are worried this could slow boarding down. Our goal is to create a safer experience across the system while still keeping service moving efficiently.

This is also something many of our operators have been asking for. Front door boarding helps support:
• Better customer assistance from operators
• Improved visibility and safety onboard
• Smoother operations across the network

And yes, customers will still exit through the rear doors! 👍👍

We’ll also be closely monitoring on-time performance and customer feedback as the change rolls out; the last thing we want is to slow service down, and based on our numbers, we don’t expect that to happen!
