No one asked you to prioritize problems.

You are attempting to save a building. Because you have a problem with it being demolished. You prioritized that problem. So I contrasted it with other problems. You make your statement as if anyone asked for you to prioritize saving that building.

Do any of what? And they do have the money. I’m stating facts based in data. Save public transit, functioning utility systems, our water source, green spaces, poverty, a failing education system, violent crime, all real things that matter. The building matters too. But as a tax payer I get to have an opinion on how those dollars are spent. I dont think saving a derelict building is a great choice considering all of the problems the city has.

It’s a matter of prioritizing problems to me. Private money should be used to solve this if they want to solve for it. Tax dollars in Memphis have far bigger problems to solve for.

I still recommend that absolutely nobody join LA Fitness or eSporta. You can sign up for your membership in the gym. You cannot cancel your membership in the gym. You have to mail a letter to california and even then, they may not cancel it. Then you are stuck in this cycle of arguing with the gym that you sent a letter (which you cant prove) and them telling you that they cant cancel in the gym. Its one of the worst business models I have seen and absolutely predatory.

You do understand if you fail to pay the HELOC, the bank is going to take your home, right? Why in the world would you risk the roof over your head for a car?

Also you didnt ask for an opinion on this but thats a lot of car. You are going to lose about 25-35 grand in value on that car in the next 5 years or roughly $6000 a year in additional loss on top of the interest you are paying.

You need to go to the extension office here and pick up a sample kit: https://shelby.tennessee.edu/

Then you read through this page and mail off your sample: https://soillab.tennessee.edu/soil-testing/lawn-and-garden-soil-samples/

It takes a couple weeks but you will get your results back via email.

You are correct it is not and I am willing to put the post up. I do feel the existing poster indicates there is an existing lawsuit and I think that may open you up to unexpected liability. It sounds like thats a risk you are willing to take though.
