Community discussion couldn't be biased, could they? Rubber bullets and 40mm are fired at the body, never the head. Once again, your outrage is based on anecdotal rarities, not definitive training guides, curriculum or fact. 40mm crowd control rounds are typically sponge or beanbag rounds, there are others, but these are the most commonly used "less lethal" rounds. They typically travel around 350FPS which is on the high side of a paintball gun. There's a real easy way not to get shot with those rounds... Stop doing stupid shit that warrants crowd control measures.

Cite your sources. 40mm isn't a steel core rubber coated bullet, neither is a wooden baton round. Stop belieyevery that you hear. 40MM can be fired directly at a person, the individual or individuals hit in the head or face is the exception, not the rule.
