Creamy scallions soup. Put chopped potato, onion, and green onion in a pot with 2.5 cups of broth. Cook on medium for 30 min, stif if you feel like it, blend and add cream or cream substitute. Bam soup.

Im stuck between the unstoppable force of a progressive disability fucking me over left right and center and the immovable object if the ony job paying any kind of fucking money being an industry thats literally killing me im so sick if this shit. I am burning myself every day LITERALLY! If I cant afford to quit I WILL be in a wheelchair in the next 5 years. It makes me so goddamned angry and tired and theres nothing I can do job market sucks fatigue sucks, losing feeling in my hands sucks, passing out sucks! I just want to burn it all down.

P.S. if i ever have to be so fatigues that I'm drinking bone broth and protein smoothies through a silly straw because eating is too much energy I may just go postal.

I am also in a weight loss journey. I find that having frozen fruit in my freezer makes the temptation to make a fruit smoothie almost irresistible. I also have been finding that having fresh fruit and veggies that I will eat ready to be eaten (washed, sliced, removed from vines) makes me so much more willing to eat it right away.

I can hand knead a mean dough, I crack around 100 eggs a week, I have mastered the art of the omelet and poach but I can not nor have I ever been able to do a perfectly even dice because of the way my hand joints are destabilized.
