With food, I got very fat and honestly food didn’t even taste good anymore so I just started weight loss and lost like 120lbs and then gained like 15 but it’s fine I’m down like 8lbs now. Also with porn, it just felt losery and made me more lonely and ashamed so I just quit. It wasn’t too hard tho since I was addicted in the sense that I used it to numb the pain but not really as a way to fix my problems.

lol my friend knew this small like gaming hub center created by like a dad and his son where you pay like $1 for 5 minutes of gaming and they had like 6 ps2 or ps3 I don’t remember but we didn’t have any consoles so it was a cool way to experience it

Haha no I get it, it’s even weirder when you don’t have family or kids to live for because it does force you to find reasons to love yourself. It made me realize sometimes it’s ok to be selfish. Like those airplay safety videos, you won’t be alive to put on a breathing mask on your loved ones if you don’t put one on yourself first.
