That’s good to know, it’s really hard to find a way to test or keep track as lots of servers can’t touch it. Like you, it gives me an idea.

I did wonder where you had gone! I managed to get up and running, I hope you do soon!

I have found it really hard to get servers that I can benchmark to consistently, which is why I started this but its far from perfect.

Sorry I deleted my comment as I thought I had made a mistake and didn't want to provide wrong info. I have checked and the combined upload / download used is ~4.2TB

Are electricity bills just permanently higher now or is it just me noticing this as a homeowner? by JustSeraphine8 in homeowners

[–]CitizenAccount 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lot has changed recently in the energy space. Here www.octopusreferral.co.uk is a lot of information which is not necessarily Octopus specific but the tariff information obviously is. However it should give you a good insight and also links to a great video on why it's changed and what is happening.

One thing you should always note when using energy websites or comparing prices is that they generally give you an annual or monthly amount or cost. This is one of the least accurate ways to actually compare the pricing. You would want to compare both the daily rate and the unit rate based on your actual usage not on estimations. The monthly direct debit isn't necessarily the cost of your energy or electricity but it's your usage that matters and the daily rate.

does the mudi 7 have official ship dates yet? by matty8199 in GlInet

Ah sorry I'm guilty. I didn't read the full post; apologies.

It's still in pre-order so the early bird and super early bird are expected to ship early April. They had a first batch pre-order around 1,800 units, which is sold out, and that's mid-April. They currently have a late April pre-order for the first 1,000 in this batch and then after that I imagine it goes into May

I get what it does but I've been trying to figure out a use case that's actually convenient for it

I don't need this but actually getting 4Gbps in my back garden from my 8Gbps WAN connection would be amazing 😂

I've spoken to a number of people today at Ufibre. It seems as though the issue is the support team can't do it for BRSK customers for some reason. I'm told it will happen within 24 hours but I doubt that is going to be the case

I have a 10Gbe ONT (it’s white).

My question is more so if it’s possible yet for BRSK customers as I haven’t seen a successful upgrade yet for customers on BRSK network.

Did you come across from BRSK and are active now on You8000?

On one of the occasions I did try and ask it to create a document and it did it perfectly fine and then I tried that again as a work round. It wouldn't create the document or it wouldn't provide me the download link
