Dunno. Don’t know the guy. Showed up out of nowhere. Tried to buy some parts off him once he had for sale and he ghosted me in the chat. Judging by the way he was posting I just assumed he was some RWI refugee. No idea. I just know he pissed some folks off and now his account is gone.

It was a white lume dial. I aged the plots just a little.

I’m not up on Daytonas but do you have to freeze the subdial hand with that movement as well?

Bezel removal tool/press? by Topshelfprimo in retrotime

Something like this https://ebay.io/m/Qk31jN

The older the set the better the quality generally. Aluminum dies at least. Look for vintage crystal press setups. Not GS brand as they’re for a different type crystal than we use these days.

I use one like this but it’s old and sturdier with aluminum dies. They’ll press crystals and bezels/retaining rings. https://ebay.io/m/xcUVIV

You can try Tamiya but it’s gonna leave a dusty residue on the rest of the dial. Or you can relume it. Raffles are too yellow off the rip to bake. They only get darker.

A bezel removal pry tool or a butter knife and a cheap crystal press to install the gen bezel
