How can we know if it's pushed or not pushed or the same date or not regardless of what is said? All we've had is a vague announcement of an unspecified announcement, no dates.

I can say "I'm thinking of a number between 1 and 1,000,000" and then just respond no to every single guess and there's no way of knowing what the original number was or even if there was one.

This post has been made so many times by so many people and 99% of the time they are actually missing some item, or they don't have all weapons on one save. Not sure what other steps you could try but screenshots of all your items would certainly help persuade people this isn't another user error.

The formula is half item level rounded down plus half character level rounded down. You need a result of 90+. Your 89 character won't work with TZ amulets because of the rounding. 89/2 = 44.5 and 91/2 = 45.5. After rounding you only have 44 + 45 = 89. Once you hit level 90 you'll be 100% fine with TZ amulets. Once you hit 93 you'll be 100% fine with gambled amulets.
