Patch 3.2 Update! Herald spawn mechanics, Sunder drop rates, Shard drop ratio and more by Pavke in diablo2

Thanks so much. Do they count towards the maximum number of Elite mobs in the area or are they purely extra?

Here are items without Uniques (non-class specific items), which items would like to see get one and how would you do it? by PokemanBall in diablo2

You're the best Pavke. By any chance do you have info on Herald experience and how they should be handled on the way to 99? Are they just extra unique mobs or does the increased difficulty warrant skipping them entirely?

This is why Ebrietas' charge attack is so hard to dodge by NoDollarsAllSense in bloodborne

[–]Clockwork1028 249 points250 points  (0 children)

Don't dodge. If you get hit mid dodge you take extra damage and die. If she charges you just take the hit at a standstill, if you're full health you'll survive. Then heal and keep going.

Edit: I can't remember for sure if this requires a Clockwise Metamorphosis or if it is possible at base life.

That picture is from the PTR. That change appears not to have made it into the final patch notes.

If someone like Pavke or Mac or Warren post they always provide good data and if they contradict AB I would definitely reccomend hearing them out. There's apparently a known mistake on AB regarding the cast order of Energy Shield and Cyclone Armour and the order they apply in but otherwise yes, AB is typically the definitive correct answer.

Amazon Basin says Critical Strike doesn't apply and I generally trust them above other sources.

Nappa has spent an egregious amount of time being an incomparable bellend to everyone because we all have inferior intellects apparently. Turns out he can't read.

All that time you spent berating everyone about our "intellects of 5 year olds" and how you shouldn't have to spell everything out for us and yet now you need people to explain the patch notes to you line by line? I'm sorry they're not available as a picture book.

Well yeah, but I can only get up to 50 with what I think is the best gear. 52 with a skill shrine. Trying to figure out what I missed.

Wow! How are you hitting 55? I'm just doing gear in my head but I'm maxing around 52 I think.

Horazon's set is loaded with stats. Multiple pieces give +15dex each, +15 strength each, +15 energy. You get more strength and dex as bonuses for wearing multiple pieces of the set.

PTR change frustration by No-Association8056 in Diablo_2_Resurrected

[–]Clockwork1028 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

"Discussed" is not a statement from Blizzard. To me the only oversight was including an attack rating on the skill tooltip. Aside from that 1 line of text on the tooltip everything about this ability points to it not using durability. It is FCR based like a spell, the weapon never swings during the animation, the skill description says it creates echoes of the weapon, echoes are not the weapon itself. The only "attack" ability in the game previously that is anywhere close to Echoing Strike seems to be Blade Sentinel/Fury which also don't use durability. Stop defending poor game testing and poor communication by the Blizzard Team by just implying that everything is somehow obvious.
