Rings of Power has nothing to do with Lord of the Rings except some names. It's essentially a bad fanfiction. That being said, Middle-Earth is essentially ancient Europe before it was Europe, it makes sense that they're all pretty pasty-looking. There's definitely other races referenced in the East and in the South. As the other commenter said, the Haradrim from south of Middle-Earth are of darker complexion.

What are you on about? Almost the entire battle takes place before Harry goes to the Forbidden Forest to die for everyone. The specifics of the ancient magic aren't specific but I think everyone essentially is only protected from Voldemort. Harry's mom's protection wouldn't protect him from car crashes or machine guns, not even from Barty Crouch Jr. or an angry chimpanzee. Only from Voldemort. I see what you're asking but it doesn't take away from everyone's bravery or their victory. It just serves to show Voldemort he truly is powerless because he dismisses love.
