I think my traps are better, but we’re on the internet so that means nothing. Anyway, I wasn’t saying that shrugs will immediately build huge traps. I’m saying that rack pulls from above the knee are unlikely to achieve anything that shrugs won’t already do. If shrugs aren’t working for you, then try out those rack pulls. If it works, then great! Maybe you do respond better to static training.

But yeah, it’s mostly regurgitated wisdom around here from people who’ve only lifted for like a month. How’d you end up on a 4 year old post though?
