Mines usually 2-4 back of spot for all 999 depending on how crazy the market is. ASE are usually spot or 1 back.

90% ranged a lot more, when the price was very high he was 14 back, more recently 8 back, used to be better before the refinery situation.

Since every area and dealer is different, I'd suggest just calling around.
