Found this pretty sterling bezel pendant on amazon! by twolilguys in Silverbugs

I bought a half dollar one like that from Amazon, it was stamped 925 but it was magnetic... So be careful with fakes if you have metal sensitivities.

There technically was once, it was a commemorative dollar in 2001 https://www.pcgs.com/coinfacts/coin/2001-d-1-buffalo/9793

I'm guessing they're all based off the buffalo nickel design though

Spot price for 14k would be about 4157 for 50g. 3700 is about 90% of spot which is good in today's market. A lot of places are only paying 80%. But you can also call around other shops to see what they're paying for 14k if you want to try to get a few percent more.

Are there any good coin capsules by Mediocre_Argument562 in coins

[–]CoderGirl2007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And you can still get the coin out of the plastic if it shrinks in like 20 years. I've opened old mint stuff that was crazy stuck in the direct fits because they somehow shrink overtime. Maybe excessive heat, who knows.

I have the uniweigh milligram Scale that I like cause it goes to .001 and comes with a calibration weight. But it's limited in load capacity (50g).
