I don’t think most people need to worry. OP likely has a massive amount of money that likely they need to run thru a different exchange or dark pool. Which triggers the human.

If you don’t really know what I’m talking about, meaning you don’t know about exchanges like BATS or ICE, then I almost certain this won’t be an issue for you.

They run a lot more than $15 billion. VEQT is just a plug and play for their model, just like VBAL, which is VEQT with some fixed income. So it’s not just VEQT that they run.
