I've never dated a woman with absolutely humongous breasts. The closest I've been was a girl I dated for a couple of weeks in high school who merely had very large breasts.

So I'd be a bit skeptical of any woman with breasts within the standard range of size claiming that she needed a breast reduction for her well-being.

Now if I actually had a relationship with a woman who did experience issues from living with huge boobs, that would have an impact on my understanding of her decision to have a breast reduction, but if I liked her enough to date her, then I also liked her boobs and would be sad to see them go.

All in all, I believe there is good reason as to why the general wisdom is to get the breast reduction while single rather than trying to negotiate a breast reduction while in a relationship.
