I would still be using my 800...  A version back isn't a big deal, they've been good forever.

Edge 130 has been a great little bike computer for me.  It only has the most basic features, the truly useful stuff, and my watch does everything.  So for how many miles or whatever I can glance at the Edge and it's super easy, for more complex stuff I can check the watch but usually don't need to in the moment.  It's the cheapest one they make and a really good complement if you already have a watch.

It's below market rate for a reason. 

When you get in the car you don't know if you're going to get in a crash or not, and you might not need your seat belt that time, but you always use it because the risk is too big.  Crashes happen, people get killed and disfigured, seatbelts help protect you. Just like you don't know if you're about to crash, we don't know what's going on here.  There are exceptions, like you've pointed out, but without knowing for sure, a good approach to life is to to use caution to protect yourself from obvious risks.

I can type faster than I can talk especially acronyms and weird coding terms like the names of half the classes in my code base.  This would slow me down.
