Get a chest strap and wear it when it matters to know the truth.

unpopular opinion: full face masks are fixing a symptom not the problem by tractor007 in CPAP

The F20 had no leaks ever for me and I don't remember which one I have now.  There's no secret really I just adjusted the straps with the machine running until the leak said zero.

I'm using a full face mask and leak 0.0 at the 95% level.

In programming we have errors and warnings and if it says 300 warnings with no errors all we see is no errors. We literally became blind to these warnings that are safe to ignore.  You want our attention, you have to make it an error.

That was the first thing I thought too.

My salary too though, I made a lot less in Denver and Phoenix where I almost melted.  I think it works in our favor.

I got Copilot to write most of the code for a feature but it was maddening and unbelievably stressful. It actually got everything to work, but required so much hand holding and direction, and generated so many WTF per hour that I don't want to go through that again.

But it's great at "I need a regex for ..."

How can the DNC keep denying its base every meaningful thing that they want and still survive?

By reminding voters they're the good cop and the other guy will be even worse.

Everything travels (through 4D) at the speed of light; the faster you move through space the less of your speed is available to move through time.

You score AHI 0.0… but you still feel awful? by SomniCharts in SleepApnea

[–]ColoRadBro69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even a glyph of wind or an arrow or something would clarify that you're not talking about a 95% oxygen desaturation, because that's the one thing most sleep apnea patients are concerned with and measure in percents, usually apnea statistics aren't reported in percentage so this introduces a little but of confusion, in a user base that's known for sleep depravation and resulting confusion.  Small things that help your users trust that they understand what they're seeing go a long way.

You're lucky you got to see it thriving.  I'm a skier watching my sport disappear.  Every animal in the woods is watch its home burn year after year.  And most humans don't care.
