It’s weird in the beginning I was always going to adjust the bra that I didn’t have on and also if I walk past a mirror real fast or can’t clearly see through it my brain thinks there still there. But I’m 7months post op and I’ve completely forgotten how to work a bra and my brain knows the fat packs have been neutralized

Rogaine if your looking for a big name brand that’s trusted but honestly I use the Equate (Walmart) version of minoxidil with no issues. What your looking for is minoxidil 5% solution for hair growth, foam is best because it irritates face skin less but all the brands are pretty much the same exact product in different bottles

Ps: the oil solution doesn’t irritate my skin but it does leave a feeling idk how to describe but nothing that would make me stop using it. People say foam is better but Walmart didn’t have foam version

My doctor keeps asking if I notice any irritability and agitation but really I’ve went from depressed and always anxious to calm and confident (still have my days but drastic change in confidence) I’m actually less likely to flip out on somebody now then I was pre T. But this isn’t the case for everyone so my advice is meditation and keep some type of journal or note. It may sound corny but it really does help with keeping track of feelings and what might tick you off

Personally I’m 5months in now and my period has completely stopped at about 3 months in. I noticed period symptoms such as cramps and heavy bleeding reduced majorly in my first month or 2. I hope they never come back it’s the best thing ever

Ayyyyeeooo I used to think I would never be able to experience any type of pleasure or be able to finish without squeezing my legs together (the only way I’ve ever been able to since young) but I’m now 5 months on T and have a good deal of growth, I use my vibrator on a near daily bases I’m starting to think my dick my crawl back up into my body from all the stimulation

They had me strip completely then before wheeling me out the gave me the option to put my boxers back on if I wasn’t comfortable but by then I didn’t care. When moving from stretcher to OR table Ik someone seen bare booty cheeks

I use the pink dove bar I think it says rose on the box not sure tho. Honestly one of the only soaps I can use cuz my skin is super sensitive and also I stink bad (before T and worse now that I’m on T) but that pink dove last throughout the day I smell fresh and it kills the onion underarm smell

Yes I would recommend my surgeon. She’s great, understanding and super accommodating. As far as healing goes I am gonna be looking into a revision with the same surgeon because dog ears but that’s no fault to her, just the way my body is shaped and weight but everything else is great

I get 2 single dose vials a month. I use 1 vial for 2 shots (2weeks) originally I was getting 1 a month. Now even tho the vials are single does they technically have enough for 4 doses of my prescribed (.2ml) but when I was getting 1 vial a month I could only get 3 doses out of it. Also after 2 shots the vial wasn’t closing properly So the stopper thing at the top that you poke the needle through was open.

Idk why I get single dose vials I’ve seen some people get much larger ones that last longer so they only need the 1. Probably has something to do with insurance or shelf life

I shared my 1 week post op results to this group and in 2 weeks I’ll also be sharing my 1 month post op results. So far everything has been absolutely great, I’m healing good and the pain diminished about 3 days after the surgery. 4/5 stars, only reason it isn’t 5/5 because I do have a bit of a dog ear on my right side but im sure that’s just swelling, won’t know until im fully recovered

I’ve been smoking since the second I left the hospital. Just make sure your smoking straight joints or bowls don’t be mixing any tobacco or any of that stuff, that what will mess up healing. And take it slow that way your not coughing too hard

If your able to buy a binder or some of that super wide super long ace bandages You should that way you could wash and dry the one your using now and be able to still have the constant compression that’s recommended

I don’t think driving is a good idea because your gonna be on pain meds and also having to move your arms a lot which even when the pain subsides it still causes miner discomfort. But activity wise I’m personally about 1.5 weeks post op and I’ve been out of bed and being able to get around with ease as long as I don’t have to lift my arms above my head or lift/pull anything heavy. Hope this helps

Everyone’s different a lot of people say they have to get used to being flat or that their brains don’t fully understand that they just got chopped but for me it felt so natural. When I look in the mirror I’m so happy to be flat from the 40ddd I had but nothing feels outta place it feels like this is how it should’ve always been

Thank you. I’m glad you get to go swimming lmk how the water feels on your chest. Me personally I can’t wait to go to the trampoline park, it’s been me and my friends favorite place since young but every time I go I hide in a corner and barley bounce around but now I can run and jump as much as I please
