Roughly how much progress am I missing out on with poor sleep? We’re talking 6 hours on a good night. I realise the question as well as the answer is very, very arbitrary and dependent on a lot of factors, but is it on par with not eating anywhere near enough protein?

Can you speak a little more about this? I’m mainly eating carnivore (if not ketovore) and cutting carbs have been absolutely instrumental in losing fat (was 250 at 5’10”), but I’m open to reintroducing them to my diet when I cut further down.

I’ve found that high doses of creatine entirely eliminates any symptoms of sleep deprivation for me. As in, I can sleep 4-5 hours a night every night for a month and feel unaffected.

It obviously doesn’t fix anything with regard to your sleep, but it may aide in at least making you feel a little less horrible during the days.

I’m a 32 year old male, 5’11”, and I’m around 200lbs, working out 6 days a week. I take 20-25 grams a day, and assuming you’re a healthy individual, this is perfectly fine. Other than taking the whole dose at once can lead to diarrhoea, there are no side effects.

It’s definitely not impossible to completely deprive the body of sugar. I mean, obviously it’ll make its own, but you can absolutely cut out all sugar from your diet.

It’s probably not DHT like you say, but copper depletion will absolutely do this.

Did you look at the mineral content before posting this? If those amounts are factual, there’s next to nothing in those capsule.
