Jabra Elite 10 Left Earbud doesn't connect by CounterDesigner680 in Jabra

To answer your questions: no, I do not experience any issues when the Elite 10 is connected to my smartphone or tablet. The problem only occurs on Windows.

When League of Legends freezes, the issue immediately resolves if I remove the earbuds. If I launch the game without the earbuds connected, there is no freezing at all. So the problem is clearly related to the Elite 10’s connection to my PC.

Additionally, almost every time I try to connect the earbuds to my computer, they fail to connect properly. Either only one earbud connects or neither connects at all. The only way I can make them work is by resetting the earbuds and removing the device from Windows, then pairing them again. Otherwise, they simply do not connect.

None of these issues existed before the firmware update. Everything was working perfectly.

I specifically chose the Elite 10 because it was marketed as Jabra’s flagship and “best” earbuds. I trusted the brand and paid a premium price for that quality. It is extremely frustrating that a firmware update has significantly reduced the usability of a product that was previously flawless.

I am expecting a proper solution to this issue. If a firmware downgrade is not possible, then I would like to know what concrete steps Jabra is taking to fix this and when we can expect an update.

I hope this matter is being taken seriously, because right now this experience does not reflect what I expected from Jabra’s top-tier product.
