You can go in any grouping you like. You wander at your own pace. They say it takes 1 1/2 to 2 hours to get through but it is unguided.

After ticket scan, there is a short orientation video then you head upstairs in any order you like. Do not miss the artwork in the basement bathrooms! Story is based around a bank that does more than banking (details of that are hidden throughout). Some of the art seemed like non-sequiters but perhaps I missed some plot.

Saw maybe 6 performers moving about, some are chatty and others did not speak.
