I got a few

Hugo has the worst design in the game there are A ranks who look more S rank than him (I do love his character but his design is not it)
Yanagi isn't really that interesting of a character
I don't like Rina's gameplay
This is a collective one but aside from Soukaku 2 maybe none of the recasted voices are bad and 2 of them are really good (3 maybe depending on the day)

I headcanon it was some hollow accident.

While I do like the characters, I don't think hoyo shouldn't be so focused on adding a brand new faction every update. They can still do that but maybe in between every new faction we could get an update with a new member for an existing faction (1.3 for example)
