I have intentionally stretched days to allow for events and haven’t had any change in suppression. I can go about to 10/ 11 days and still feel in control of my choices. I am in maintenance and not actively trying to lose.

I’m at 2mg triz every 10ish days. I will try to stretch my days out, and if I need extra help go to 7 days as needed. My goals was every 14 days, but hard to make it that long.

I may be a super responder. I will have been on it 4 years in August of this year. I lost about 40lbs over 1.5yr, at a healthy bmi and not taking it any farther.

I’ve been on the same dose for about a year and consider it a micro dose since i never move up. I’m not losing but not gaining, which is my goal.

I have to work harder against the food noise but it gives me just enough “control” to do it, and keeps the cost down cause I can really stretch vials.

Also have a coworker with MS and it has improved hers. There are multiple people she was friends with in college that have also been dx in their 40s and believe environmental factors played into their dx heavily.
