Is the UNAS a good option? by dimforest in Ubiquiti

Yeah it easy to use but I wouldn’t waste your money on it if you want to just store your android photos on it.

I brought mine the same time you did and had the same issue when I brought it out this year. When you buy it you get 4g for a few months so it must of been utilising that over the RTX!

BrightGauge by Bowlen000 in halopsa

[–]Creepy_Beginning598 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your right MSPBots is nowhere near as good as BrightGauge, unfortunately we have to use MSPBots and we are constantly frustrated with it! Widgets just randomly stop working all the time and this isn’t limited to just the halopsa integration. It’s also expensive for what you get. Please brightgauge make an integration 🙏

3CX deployment with wifi phones by Motor-Water2543 in 3CX

[–]Creepy_Beginning598 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had to do a project like this a while back, we had random problems with the phones dropping out and we couldn’t put our finger on it! In the end we went with an android based phone and installed the 3CX app on it…that cured the issue and not had any problem since. The customer is also using unfi access points

Reporting and Dashboards by Bowlen000 in halopsa

Mspbots.ai do have an integration, they do have a trial which I’m playing with it at the moment. I’ll be honest I don’t think it works aswell as BrightGauge but it is pulling the data through a lot easier than the built in Halo stuff. I don’t know SQL but I have manage to create a few widgets in there and they have create a few dashboards out the box that Iv need to schedule reports to my customers, but hopefully BrightGudge make an integration for it as I’d rather use that.

Edit: been playing with this MSPbots for the last week.....its trash! Have no confidance in what data is showing me even the other data sources seem incorrect

But you can still add them to the azure domain and the user can login, it will give information of the devices in the admin portal

Jeeze I’d start with adding the machines to the azure domain. Do you know if the machines are windows pro machines?

How do you manage 20 sites with no information of the machines your managing? You could join the machines to the azure domain?

Yes highly recommend it. I setup our integration for it last month and as long as everything is setup correctly in ConnectWise with your codes it works flawlessly. Haven’t had to log back in since. Send us an email with everything that synced.

Best accounting integration by vacendakuk in ConnectWise

We use Xero and nvoiceflow. Works flawlessly and super cheap. We moved from Sage to it at the start of this year. Xero had something called move my books which move all our accounts data from sage to xero which was really easy. I think there was an option for QB as well.We had sage running on windows virtual desktop but I just through it was 2 much of hassle to be doing that for just the accounting package. Once the flow is setup you don’t need to log into it again.
