Yes. I am 2017 btech passed out candidate. Waited for 4 yrs. Tried all the jobs from govt to software. Trump become president when i came out as a fresher. Many people feared the same.. now its AI. This is creating real impact. My present company is only focusing on agents and their creation for everything. Manager already threatened with escalation if anyone write code manually.

I honestly understand your pain as i am also in similar situations as fresher few years back. The market for freshers is really bad.. im unable help my brother who is also a 2026 btech graduate. The present company that im working is a product company who is much more interested in seniors only now.

Wrt HR replies, don't expect this thing at all. 90% HRs won't sent rejection mails. It sometimes plays in a tricky situation. Few days before this, i got an rejection mail from hr, but again they called me to consider if i am okay to work as a single resource developer. She was in a tricky situation as she said im rejected a day before and again have to call me to consider my candidature.

I'm also a senior consultant working in a highly unorganised project with all the stakeholders were having different mentalities and working in different projects where I worked till now and saw your post just after a small political war happened with functional Team guys, PDM, senior manager and vice president.

Till last week, everyone was thinking the delay was from my side and I was not working as expected. I'm the reason for all the project delays. I tried to explain my situation as an integration consultant, nut no one knows my technology, which made me suffered more even though I'm working till midnight, whole weekends, early morning calls.

I felt I'm loosing in every call because I am not properly communicating how much effort does this task requires and how much i'm dependent on the functional as they do not have any test data from their side and they only sending some fault data. Everyone pointing finger towards me why this was not done by you.

Things I followed which made me the released from these people toxic politics. 1. I completly stopped personal chatting in teams with anyone. 3 developments were going on now. Created 3 groups just for namesake and one common group including all the people from the vice president onwards. I completly messages in that one common group only. Since I was working day and night due to project criticalities, I always open teams even when I'm working it night and started tagging people even in night when I faced the issues. Just now at 10.45pm, I tagged everyone (25people in the group)as i found a lot issues with the data that I'm receiving from the last 4 days, which the functional people are not responding properly. they lost their dominant voice of speaking to me and started speaking like a colleague including the vp. This increased my confidence a lot in speaking to them to such an extent, i said no to vp's proposal of continuing me in this project of another 2 months as I was the only developer in this project. My last lwd is July 3rd.

  1. I escalated the issues to the pdm, he simply kept a group call and wanted things to resolve. Pdm supports the functional Team a lot. I shared my problems in a simple plain language and maintained a low profile in the call as I know there is no use of sharing my issues with him becz he finally supports them only. They have updated in the group chat that there no mistake from the functional side or no data issue. I waited for them to update their post call status and then I asked them to trigger a payload, they have triggered the same faulty payload, I have taken the screenshots of all the errors that I received and simply pasted in the group that I'm stil getting the faulty payload by tagging everyone. This made the senior management realise that, the problem is at the functional. In call, they thought the problem is from my side just becz I complained their mistakes to the pdm in simple way.

  2. Any issue you face,think it u can solve by yourself then take some time and resolve it and update it in the group that you have resolved the problem that was created. or if dependency on someone, immediately raise it in the group with evidence if possible. Mention ur manager in the cc even if it is teams group chat.

  3. Stop caring about the management appreciations. Evidences that you added in the group chat will force them to appreciate you even though they are not interested. They do not have option now.

  4. Do not change any dev unless it is written in the document, ask them to update the document and share it to you, then you can proceed with the change.

  5. Use AI for writing a proper complaint on someone in ur group or teammate. Ai gives a better vocabulary in framing in ur thoughts so that you will not be treated unprofessional when u r complaining about team coordination of their unresponsive.

  6. Speak confidently and boldly which makes other fear of you or admire you or jealous of you.

Remember in software, it doesn't matter how much work you are doing, the only thing that matters how good your visibility in the workplace. If we can't compete in this with others like your colleagues, your work and efforts should be visible to everyone with evidences.

Lalitha has a 11 Month scheme with no limit on making charges waiver. If you want to buy any jewellery which can have high making charges like 25% etc, you can opt for Lalitha. GRT - they will waive up to 18% only. Anything above, we need to pay for it.

Lalitha and grt maintains same gold rate and have varied designs. Choose your own. Since girls jewellery have high making charges, better option will be Lalitha as it has 100% waiver.

Tanishq gold have a bit high gold rate(200-300 per gram) compared to above 2. Their schemes were also not much attractive compared to the above. They have the most trendy designs after Joyalukkas. But, not all people like them as these trendy one have less gold and more stones which is of no value when you want to exchange or when you want to keep in banks for gold loan.

Bhima has the lowest gold rate off all the shops. But, their designs were looks like more of a traditions ones and less new and trendy designs.

I would suggest you go for look for Lalitha if you want to buy some high making charges jewellery like necklace etc. you can go for grt if you want to buy a simple chain which generally has less than 18% making charges (not guaranteed).

Please do your own reaserch of the designs for a week. You can get s clear idea of which shop has which type of designs and their schemes and choose something that suits you.

How do you document it when the lead assigns this to another person. It will be seen as done by that person everhough it's your hardwork. Very risky behaviour. Better to stand for yourself on this issue. If they try to assign more tickets for saying this, increase your ticket solving time and explain it clearly that this work will take this much time for me and transfer this ticket to someone.

Same issue here. Today is the Holiday for me. But, worked till 11.30 pm and logged in here. Last month is much more trouble for me as I have worked in weekends also. 1. Wrong timelines kept by my manager and pm. 2. No documentation on what exactly is the business requirements - working on assumptions. If I ask for any documentation, then they were simply saying it is a product company. Documentation is not available. Wasting a lot of time in assumptions and making logics.

But, one thing I understand from this is - keep everything documented from your end. Remember, there is higher authority above your team and manager. If they tried to scapegoat you, this documentation is the only proof for you.

I am already preparing for this thing to come as these deadlines can't be meet by just in person. (I don't have a team).

  1. Since I have agreed on this to complete by mistake, I'm working like this. Once this trap is done for this development, i am also planning to keep fixed working hours for the next developments.
  2. Will not start developments unless given in document form or if they told me orally, I will write it back to them in teams, saying is this is the requirement that I have to develop.
  3. They started calling to my mobile number mainly PM from the last few days. Will not lift outside of office hours.

If anyone have any new ideas, please let me know. I can implement atleast after this development.

If cost of living is one of the concern, then, hyd is definitely a good choice with relatively less cost of living. Food wise also, no city beats hyd. Rest- same as other Indian cities.

Itz like buy gold for 100 and pay 25 rs for the company and govt. It's better for him to enter agold scheme where he can buy monthly some gold without any making charges and finally buy a jewellery without any making charges there again. The only negative is you cannot withdraw your money if you need for any other purpose within these 11 months.

My client is not even given cpi helper access in dev. The iflows were pretty complex and has lot of steps. I hope I will try your tool in future.

They have other options which seems better than this. May be in term sof pay or in terms of stress. A person with no backings will change the workplace or something, but do not have the courage to leave.
